Yet, these assets, goods and services will be priced in US Dollars. The exchange rate between AWACOIN and the US Dollar will determine the market price of these assets, goods and services in AWACOIN. The higher the value of AWACOIN, the higher the purchasing power of the token within the VERAWA WORLD Ecosystem.

After completion of the last sales stage the market value of AWACOIN will be determined by market principles of supply and demand. As from this moment AWACOIN will be traded at market value at several decentralized and centralized international Token Exchanges.
What makes this ITO unique is that the downside risk of the offering has been considerably reduced, since the value of AWACOIN is backed by VERAWA WORLD assets, goods and services. Token holders are assured a minimum guaranteed token value based on the conversion rate of 1.00 AWA = US$ 1.00.
In case the value of AWACOIN will not be at par or higher than US$ 1.00, token holders will have the right to convert their tokens into real VERAWA WORLD assets at the rate of 1.00 AWA = US$ 1.00. This allows token holders to convert AWACOIN into real estate properties, whether it is a biophilic bungalow, river penthouse, ocean view apartment, beach villas or any other property. Token-conversion into real estate properties can be on the bases of sole ownership, fractional ownership or long-term lease.
Token holders can also purchase goods and services within VERAWA WORLD at the minimum rate of 1.00 AWA = US$ 1.00. This includes hotel nights, food & beverages, tours, excursions, marina slips, eco-attraction park entrance fee, use of the spa & wellness center, reservation of event center, aerial tram day pass, and much more.
After the ITO, the “market value” of AWACOIN will be based on supply and demand. If the value of AWACOIN is higher than the guaranteed minimum value of US$ 1.00, token holders can convert their tokens into VERAWA WORLD assets, goods and services at “market value” or trade their tokens at Token Exchanges for any other crypto currency or fiat.

For the financing of the development of the subsequent five resorts, an additional number of tokens will be issued though future token offerings. The number of additional issued tokens for each new Resort will decrease proportionally to stimulate a growing demand and limiting supply. This principle of diminishing the number of new tokens at each new resort will have a stimulating effect on the value of AWACOIN. In addition, a special reservation of 30,000,000 tokens has been made for the financing of several large infrastructure projects, like the Ocean Marina, Airport and Cable Car.
Consequently, upon completion of the 6th Resort and all three major infrastructure projects, the maximum amount of AWACOIN in circulation will be 200,000,000. In case of a growing demand and a limited supply, a deflationary effect will stimulate the value of AWACOIN. This means that every year the purchasing power of AWACOIN will be higher than the previous year. This deflationary effect will lower the number of AWACOIN in circulation and therefore boost its value.
As an ultimate layer of security for ITO token holders, AWACOIN is back-up by land. A unique Token Land Back-Up Program has been created to provide token holders the exclusive right to convert their tokens into “Land Parcels”.
The Token Land Back-Up Program encompasses the subdivision of 1,280 Titled Land Parcels, with an average lot size of approximately 1,000 m2, each individually registered on the blockchain. The Land Parcels are ideally located near the beach, adjacent to the main road that connects the airport with Pure Beach Resort.
The value of each Land Parcel is set at 25 AWA per m2. Subsequently, a total of 25,000 AWA can be converted into the “sole ownership” of one Land Parcel. Token holders with less than 25,000 AWA we offer “fractional ownership” possibilities, that allows for the conversion of tokens into a proportional share percentage of a Land Parcel. The land possessions will be registered on the blockchain.
These sole ownership and fractional ownership tokenized Land Parcels are liquid and fungible and can be easily traded with other land investors. Because of the low Token – Land Redeem Value of 25 AWA per m2 is generally expected that these Land Parcels will have a higher value in the future.
For the subdivision of these 1,280 Land Parcels, a total of 200 hectares of land will be transferred to an independent “Land Trust” to assure and protect the land rights of the owners of the Land Parcels. The Land Trust is managed and controlled by the Fiduciary, located in the Republic of Panama.
The distribution of the land parcels within the “Token Land Back-up Program” will be organized on the basis of “first comes, first serves” for sole ownership investors.
